Concerning the navigation:

When blind persons navigate, using the white cane, they often experience difficulties with the orientation. They often disorient and don't know where to go to. For instance, they need to go to bus stop, clinics, specialized shop or own house. They often have problems with searching of needed department in a food store or other stores. Echolocation is unable to help them anyhow in those situations.

In 2003, in the Main Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of the Interior the tests of the method were organized. Only four classes by 1.5 hours were done. Classes were conducted with an absolute visually disabled veteran from Voronezh city, who lost eyes and one hand, blown up on a mine, Shubin Sergey. Below is the statistics of development of his capacity for orientation in space and the search for objects.
